Movie Review – Vash

Vash is an Indian Gujarati-language psychological thriller film directed by Krishnadev Yagnik. It is produced by KS Entertainment, Patel Processing Studios and Ananta Business Corp in collaboration with A Big Box Series Production and distributed by Panorama Studios. It released on 10th of February 2023.

Vash is a Gujarati word which means “Hypnotism” in English. From the poster you can tell that the genre of the movie is horror.

Plot Overview:

Movie starts with happy family where a girl (main character) is studying in college and her father is a pilot came to home to spend quality time with family. While they decide to visit their farmhouse and have some fun, they come across a bad character AKA villain of the movie. A villain is a master in hypnotism and quickly hypnotize a girl with his flawless technique and movie takes a dark turn. After realizing that his girl is in control of bad character, father tries to save her and get back her, but get her back is not easy because he has to fight with his own daughter being controlled by bad character. How father saves his daughter and what’s the motive of villain to hypnotize that’s interesting to see. Any further word would spoil the experience!

My Opinion:

All in all, movie is really thrilling and will keep you excited and entertained throughout the run time. It goes through fast speed and won’t give you a chance to yawn in between. The cast is amazing, their acting is beautiful, dialog delivery is up to mark. This movie is really worth your attention if you are into horror and thriller.

Uttarayan – The Kite Festival

Uttarayan, also known as Makar Sankranti, is a festival celebrated in India and Nepal on 14th of January every year. The festival marks the beginning of the sun’s northward journey and is celebrated by flying kites. People of all ages come together to fly kites and enjoy the bright, sunny weather. It is a time of joy, celebration and sweets. In Gujarat, the festival is particularly famous for kite flying and is celebrated with great enthusiasm. The festival is also celebrated in other parts of India and Nepal with different names and customs.

Uttarayan is also important because it marks the beginning of the sun’s northward journey and the end of the winter solstice. One of the main celebrations of Uttarayan is the flying of kites. People gather on rooftops and open spaces to fly colorful kites, often competing with each other to see who can fly the highest or keep their kite in the air the longest. The festival is also celebrated with bonfires, feasts, and traditional music and dancing. In Gujarat, it is very famous and known as “International Kite Festival” where people from all over the world come to fly kites and enjoy the festival.

Hello World!

Welcome to my blog. As a software engineer, my first blog’s title is “Hello World”

In this blog I’m going to talk about my journey so far…

I was born in western part of the India where temperature hits nearly 50 degrees centigrade in summer, that could explain why I’m very hot .

Anyway, I was quite bright in studies since the beginning. That’s why I decided to pursue Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information and Technology filed. That was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

During bachelors I learned a lot about computers and its related technologies. Moreover, I learned about “life”. I’ll get into it someday later (don’t want to make you feel bored, it’s first blog and you would not be interested in my life at all )

Okay, so after that I flew to Canada to pursue Post Graduation. Since I studied IT Engineering, (and also my mind was not in right position) I decided to go for IT Business Analysis. After taking the course and studied it for less than a month, I realized that I’m purely technical personal. I don’t like business, documentation, managing people and all.

Unfortunately, I paid a big chunk of money to flew to Canada, I couldn’t afford to drop the course and I was not allowed to change my course. So, I had to finish all four semesters whether I wanted to or not. The good thing happened with me was COVID.

Thanks to covid, I got a chance to study (and finish) my course from home. Another good thing, I was pretty good as study. So, I did able to finish my post-graduation with good numbers.

After finishing unwanted course, I didn’t want to study further, also, my bank balance wouldn’t allow me even if I wanted to. So, I started to look for a job.

After 4 months of hard work, I finally got my first field job as Business Analyst (which again I didn’t like).

More about my professional career in next blog, where I’ll talk about how I landed my job as Software Engineer (one which I like most!).
